What is pizza?

Pizza is a backed thin dough-based, usually yeast dough, covered with a layer of sauce, cheese and variety of add ons. The pizza originally is a traditional Italian food. The pizza was brought to the United States by Italian immigrates , there became an acceptable fast food. The American version of pizza as a fast food became of the most common fast food around the world in general.

There many types of pizza and they all baked in a commercial pizza oven. Some examples are pizza Margarita, White pizza (it’s a pizza without sauce), Kaltzona also know as filled pizzas.
